While today is a day to look back and remember, it is also a day we must say Thank You.
Thank you to those men and women who have and do sacrifice so very much to keep us safe. And to their families.
Most of us acknowledge how 9/11 changed our lives, our world. But the families of our Military men and women live every day with that change. On a level none of us can really understand.
So today especially, I say Thank You for keeping my country, me and those I love safer.
Amen.
